The Bolt Enterprises staff will program the homeowner phone numbers, entry code, and access devices as needed. Having an event? Pick a temporary gate access code for the electronic gates and we will program it for the homeowner. This allows the homeowner to keep their personal code private, allowing caterers, staff and guests gain entry through the electronic gates into the community on the day of the event only.

Gate Management Programs

Our flexible service options means we are able to customize the program to meet your community's needs. No matter which service level you select it is always recommended that Preventative Maintenance be performed. Preventative Maintenance keeps your gate running instead of waiting for it to break and have down time.

During a Preventative Maintenance check a technician will visit your Electronic Access Control Gate System and check for parts that show signs of wear, eminent failure, and/or stress and replace any minor parts needed such as belts, and limit switches to keep your gate operating at its best.

Level 1 - Premium

  • 24/7 Technician Response
  • Replacement of parts damaged during normal wear and tear included.
  • All labor to replace parts damaged during normal wear and tear included.
  • Monthly Preventative Maintenance
  • ** All damage to the gate system as a result of vandalism, gate "hits", and acts of nature are repaired and billed to the association.

Level 2 - Standard

  • Includes all premium service levels during standard business hours.

Level 3 - Basic

  • All parts and labor are billable services.
  • Quarterly Preventative Maintenance
